Questions practices ask us
Is it really free until January?
Yes — everything, including bookings, payments and your diary connection, with no card on file. Our provider terms promise three months' written notice before any fee, which is why this pricing is published now: nothing is charged before 1 January 2027, and if the launch date moves, the free period moves with it.
What does “founding rate for as long as you stay subscribed” mean?
If you join before 1 January 2027, the founding price on this page is the price you pay from launch onwards, for as long as your subscription continues. It doesn't rise to the standard rate later. If you cancel and rejoin after launch, you rejoin at the standard rate.
Unlimited bookings — genuinely?
Genuinely. We never charge per booking on any plan, so a full diary costs the same as a quiet one. We'd rather your incentive and ours point the same way: more patients booked, one flat fee.
Does paying more move a practice up the search results?
No. Search results are ordered for patients — by fit, availability and distance — and no plan changes that. There's no paid placement.
What do payments cost?
Online payments go into your own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe's standard card fees only — BookMyHealth adds no fee on top. Deposits, full payments and pay-at-practice are your choice per service.
Which diary systems do you work with?
We connect directly with Semble and Cliniko, and reach Dentally, Sensei, SOE / Exact, CareStack, Aerona, Phorest, EasyPractice and Acuity Scheduling through our partner bridge. Pearl, PracticeHub, Pabau, WriteUpp, Nookal, Zanda Health and Splose are coming soon. Any practice can also list with its opening hours, or confirm bookings by request, while we connect your system. Bookings land in your diary either way — nothing to re-type.
Is there a contract or a joining fee?
Neither. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any month. If your diary system is connected, it stays the source of truth throughout — nothing to export.
